MATTHEW SEMMER

Matthew Semmer is a licensed broker and attorney with extensive experience in real estate and resolution services. Prior to co-founding Resonate Real Estate and forming Novascend Asset Solutions, he was General Counsel for a San Diego-based residential developer and resolution services provider.
In addition to brokering real estate transactions, Matthew serves as a Court-appointed fiduciary for distressed operating businesses and commercial real estate throughout Southern California. He has structured, negotiated, and/or managed over 110 projects worth in excess of 780 million dollars.
When not in the office, he can be found volunteering at his wife’s dance studio, serving with various non-profits including his alma mater Cornell University, studying the business of sports, and playing soccer.

TODD BUSCH

Todd, his wife and their two sons have been San Diego residents for over 33 years. Todd is a proud veteran, having served over 20 years of Active Duty Service in the U.S. Navy. While serving, he was responsible for personnel management, shipboard operations, cargo handling, small boat operations, logistical organization, planning & support of troop movement. During this time, he also served as a “Master Training Specialist”.
Todd was honorably discharged in July 2003, and began his career in real estate, serving variously as an operations manager for a local developer and a quality control specialist for a regional home builder before moving into residential brokerage. But he continues to be a supporter of our Active and Retired Veterans.
Todd enjoys all aspects of the real estate profession, from assisting first time home buyers with the realization of their dreams, to working with seasoned investors to achieve their objectives. While on Active Duty in San Diego, he resided as far South as Imperial Beach, as far East as Ramona, and as far North as San Clemente, CA. As a result, he network of relationships and geographic area of expertise extends throughout our County.

Haley Scott is a licensed real estate agent with an extensive background in sales and management. Prior to joining Resonate Real Estate, Haley received a Bachelors degree from Wake Forest University and a Master's degree from Boston University. She has worked in medical sales for 12 years while obtaining her real estate license and becoming viewed as a knowledgeable and trusted agent to her clients.
Haley's business is based on more than 80 percent referrals from satisfied clients. She listens to her clients wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and she strives to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free.
As a San Diego native, she has intimate knowledge of the region, and her experiences of having lived here all of her life gives Haley the enthusiasm and desire to make her home.. your home. In her downtime, you can find her cycling on the 101, playing pickle ball at Bobby Riggs or meeting her friends at Modern Times.
